Learning Falun Gong Exercise (consist of five exercises) is free of charge. There are three practice-site located in the first three largest cities in Denmark at present. Other practice-sites are under construction. For learning Falun Gong exercises from the volunteer teaching assistants, please go to the nearest practice-site or contact with the listed person below. Everyone is welcome to participate and to learn the exercise and receive assistant in the exercises, which will last between 1-2 hours according to the practitioners’ level. Note that the fifth exercise, which is a sitting meditation, requires sitting on the ground, therefore it is good to bring a mat.
